I took notice that this board is relatively unused and even then people are having kits. So here's the thing:

For all cats/members who wish to have a litter must come and request them here. There will be a set of rules set here so that the board does not break out in feuds about offspring, because thats silly.

- All kits requested will be chosen by an admin or moderators like Softstep, Mistystar, or myself. They will be based off both parents and may or may not be healthy/functioning. We will choose their appearance, health, and functionality based on our preferences and what the site needs more of. If you want a specific attribute we will take it into consideration, but this does not mean you will receive it. Kits may also be stillborns or have disabilites.

Rules

• Do not argue if you do not like the kits we give. Any fighitng will result in consequences built by our discipline system.
• There must be mutual consent from both players in order to have a litter. This means that both players must want kits. 
• You must have permission from an admin to have a litter/get pregnant.
• You must roleplay being pregnant for at least a week before kitting. (Only applicable to female characters)

Notice- Seasons will affect the health of kits and the size of the litter. This also goes into affect when one of the parents has a disorder or a genetic disease.

After we have given you a litter, make a separate thread in the Adoption board listing your kits and offering them up to other RPers. Parents get first dibs, then others.
