As a kit

Moonkit was born to the queen Patchfur and her mate Bluepelt. he had one littermate his sister Longkit. Though shortly after his mother Patchpelt died. They were adopted by the queen Slyfox and her kit Cloudkit. Longkit him and Cloudkit became best friends quickly. They soon met an apprentice named Blackpaw who Longkit seemed to get along with especially. He played and had fun like every other kit. He was born in the reign of Snowstar. His father Bluepelt visited often and he loved and bonded with his father greatly. He also met another she-cat named Silverkit the sister of Cloudkit.

As an apprentice

Moonkit became Moonpaw with Longpaw Cloudpaw and Silverpaw. His mentor is Windfur, a ruff a tufftom cat who never went easy on him. Soon though Moonpaw started to feel something for the leader's apprentice Cloudpaw. He started to form a crush on her. He told Longpaw and she was in utter shock. She said that she would talk to Cloudpaw, but soon after he was confronted by Silverpaw. She said that she loved him and he only ever saw her as a good friend but now he was confused. Training became harder when his father died in the war with Blackstar. When Cloudpaw almost died he knew that he loved her.
